FiletMignons.com ships exclusively with UPS due to their outstanding service and unsurpassed reliability. All of our meat products are shipped frozen via UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS next day ground for Zone 1.
All shipments are shipped “ driver release” meaning no signature is required upon delivery allowing the driver to leave the package at your door step in the event you are not home.
If you know ahead of time you will not be home on the estimated day of your delivery please leave a note for UPS on where to place the package (i.e. at the door or, at the side door, with the doorman, etc.)
PACKING
To ensure wholesomeness, effective Temperature control methods are used throughout the shipping process. Your Filet Mignons are flash frozen and vacuumed packed to preserve freshness and then packed with frozen safe gel-packs in a protective box. The steak box is then packed into a reusable Styrofoam Cooler which is yours to keep. Then the cooler is packed in a secure shipping container and is ready for UPS pickup and delivery straight to your door step!
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of this product we do not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
